About the Owner

UnConventionally Yours Owner, Christianna Shortridge, has been involved with Graphic Design and Communications Strategy for over 15 years. With an eye for detail and her verve for creativity, she excels at making her projects look and feel exceptional. 

Her broad array of experience includes graphic designing in Washington DC as well as Minnesota. She has worked in Communications and Congressional Relations as a legislative and press aide on Capitol Hill and as a liaison between the Hill and The Heritage Foundation. She has organized numerous Congressional, VIP, and Presidential special events. Christianna has coordinated the backstage for numerous professional Nutcracker ballet productions in the Twin Cities and most recently was an Artist in Residence at her son's elementary school.

When not designing or teaching art, Christianna enjoys running, gardening, blogging, spending time with her family, traveling, and climbing mountains in Japan.
